Shato Holdings has used to the City of Vancouver for permission to redevelop the White Area property at 1126 SE Marine Drive, at the corner of Ross Street in South Vancouver, with a brand-new 3-storey Wholesale Industrial job, entitled “Dawn Industrial Centre”.
The White Spot on the property is apparently shutting down this spring.
The proposition includes:
A gross flooring location of 134,421 SF;
A density of 1.43 FSR;
Under the websites existing I-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. It requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
A building height of 73.5 ft.;
Parking located in one level listed below grade, on surface area and on the second floor with automobile gain access to from Ross Street.
